ABOUT

Born in New Jersey and a Virginia resident for over 30 years, Susan is a landscape and abstract painter.  She has been painting throughout her life and, after a career in the financial industry in Washington, D.C., has thoroughly enjoyed devoting her time to her love of painting. 

When friends, family and her Instagram followers started to buy her paintings she had a very successful solo exhibition at the Harmony Brookside Gallery in Mendham, New Jersey. 

Since that exhibit and continued sales, Susan has been commissioned to paint small, medium and large scale paintings for homes across the country. Susan recently started offering prints (framed and matted and other options) and other products such as beach accessories of her artwork from this website (See “Artwork” and “Prints”) and recently received this response from a happy Maryland customer, “Hi Susan - I wanted to let you know that I received my print and it’s so beautiful! I love it. I’ve always thought I was low on the creativity scale but the frame and mattings I selected look great! I would credit the site for allowing me to play around with colors and frame styles that made it easier - even for us non-artists! I’ll look forward to another. Got my eyes on “Illumination Ocean!”
